Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Holland, MI
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm — no mandatory weekends

What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC routers and cutters to fabricate parts from wood, composite, or plastic materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and material lists to ensure accurate cuts
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect parts to verify dimensional accuracy and quality before passing to the next stage
- Perform basic machine maintenance, tool changes, and cleaning
- Collaborate with downstream departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Keep your work area safe, clean, and well-organized
What It Takes:
- Previous experience operating CNC routers, mills, or similar equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, and basic computer input
- A team-player mindset with a commitment to producing quality work
