CNC Machinist – Night Shift
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:
As a CNC Machinist on our night shift, you’ll operate and maintain multi-axis machines with a sharp eye for detail, quality, and efficiency. This is more than just a job — it's a role where your skills help drive a high-performing team forward.
Your day-to-day:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss-style and/or mill-turn CNC machines
Inspect with precision using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T documentation
Keep your station clean, organized, and optimized for production
Maintain top-notch quality standards in every part you produce
What We’re Looking For:
This role isn’t for everyone — it’s for those who take pride in doing things right and doing them well.
Must-haves (non-negotiable):
Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience
Familiarity with high-speed machinery and mechanical measurements
Solid understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
Physical stamina — able to walk/stand for full shift
