TIAG is seeking a Field Technician/Installer at a Level II experience. The Technician should be able to demonstrate experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Department of Defense (DoD) Electronic Security Systems.

This position plays a vital role in sustaining mission readiness by ensuring the optimal performance of critical equipment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% CONUS; opportunity for OCONUS travel

Clearance: This position will require a government clearance to be processed, so US Citizenship is a requirement. 

This is a full-time position; 40 hours/week.

A Level I Technician is responsible for performing basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks under direct supervision. This role is focused on learning foundational technical skills and adhering to standard operating procedures.

A Level II Technician handles more complex service requests, performs independent diagnoses, and is expected to provide support to Level I staff. This role requires a solid foundation of technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

Conduct Preventive Maintenance according to schedule.

Deliver Preventive Maintenance reports to Senior Technicians for review.

High-Level Support

Manage a defined queue of service tickets

Successful completion of corrective maintenance in a timely manner to prevent downtime.

Training & Mentorship

Develop and deliver training programs for all technical staff.

Implement a new training curriculum and OJT for Level 1 technicians.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Level I Technician or equivalent, with 2 core areas of expertise in (Lenel, AMAG,Bosch,Milestone,DMP etc)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued security clearance, US or Naturalized Citizenship is required. 
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of network configurations and protocols.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Salary : $64,000 - $71,000
