We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support our field and office teams. This role manages day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and recruiting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who understands the fast-paced, project-driven nature of construction work and can balance compliance with practical HR support.
- Serve as a trusted HR contact for field supervisors, project managers, and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law issues.
- Administer employee benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability, etc.) and coordinate annual open enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, wage & hour, and other employment laws.
- Support employee relations, investigations, and performance management with fairness and consistency.
- Maintain HRIS and personnel files, ensuring accurate data and confidentiality.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding for both field and office positions.
- Generate HR reports and respond to compliance audits (EEO, benefits, certified payroll, etc.).
- Provide training and communication to managers and employees on anti-harassment, discrimination prevention, and inclusion.
- Partner with managers to identify workforce needs and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
