What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process/Engineering Technician 2nd Shift/3pm - 11pm (possible OT with shift premium) position at TI Automotive?
- Setup, maintain, and changeover blow molding machines as required and assigned.
- Setup, maintain, and changeover downline assembly operations as required and assigned.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or electrical (low and high voltage) equipment with goal of minimizing machine downtime.
- Document required parameters for all process equipment (blow molding and/or downline).
- Adhere to processes and methods of maintaining, reporting, and monitoring KPIs as assigned by Engineering Manager.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Support cross functional teams to resolve any process issues, including but not limited to Quality and Engineering.
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Engineering Manager.
