POSITION SUMMARY: This is a 3rd shift position. Perform equipment and facilities electro-mechanical troubleshooting, preventative and repair maintenance activities.
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Through continuous monitoring and measurement, assure that all products meet or exceed the customer expectations and assure compliance with all procedural requirements.
- Comply with all safety rules and precautions, utilizing extreme care when exposed to high voltage and arch flash potential energy sources.
- Must possess a good understanding and have practical PLC programming and control logic diagnostic experience.
- Upon diagnosing problems be able to read a basic ladder logic diagram and statement list.
- Completing PM work orders, lubricate, service fluids, take oil samples, change oils, filters and properly dispose.
- Complete machine component maintenance tasks.
- Experience and skill with reading and interpreting drawings and schematics to perform trouble shooting and equipment diagnosis tasks.
- Experience and knowledge of electrical / electronic principles and subjects.
