Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, clinics, hotel rooms, and other designated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing clutter.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet high standards of hygiene and presentation to leave spaces spotless and inviting.
- Assist with errand running such as grocery shopping or picking up supplies as needed for clients.
- Support with appointment scheduling for clients’ cleaning sessions or related services to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide personal transportation assistance when required to help clients or transport cleaning supplies safely.
- Maintain a detailed log of completed tasks and communicate any issues or special requests to supervisors or clients promptly.
- Uphold safety protocols by properly handling cleaning chemicals and equipment while adhering to health standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in personal service roles with adults, adolescents, elderly individuals, or in hospitality settings such as hotels or spas.
- Prior experience with salon or spa environments is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and client care skills.
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and office building maintenance is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and moving efficiently throughout the workday.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- Reliable personal transportation for errands or client visits when necessary.
- Experience working in private residences or clinic settings is highly desirable.
