Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface cleaning to ensure a spotless environment
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and debris removal when necessary
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies and scheduling cleaning appointments
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
