Frame-to-Finish Pro Wanted

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter/remodeler who takes pride in their work and knows how to bring a project from bare bones to polished finish. If you can frame it, trim it, and make it look like it belongs in a magazine—we want you on the team.

What You’ll Do

• Handle projects from demo to final punch list
• Perform rough framing, structural work, and layout
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and finish details
• Execute kitchen, bath, basement, and full-home remodels
• Read plans, problem-solve in the field, and keep jobs moving
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

What You Bring

• 5 years of hands-on carpentry/remodeling experience
• Strong frame-to-finish skillset
• Ability to work independently and with a crew
• Pride in clean lines, tight joints, and high-quality finishes
• Good communication and a solid work ethic (no babysitting required)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle (you can get yourself and your gear to the job)
• Own tools (standard carpentry setup—no need to borrow basics)
• NOTE: We do provide all materials needed to get the job done, as well as replacement blades and work gear

Bonus Points

• Experience with high-end finishes or custom work
• Ability to lead small crews or run a job solo
• Eye for design and detail—not just “good enough”
