The opportunity
This is a commission-only sales position with no base salary. Your earnings will come from the business you sell. You’ll need to be comfortable prospecting, creating opportunities, and staying disciplined when results take time.
Our vision is to develop the right person from Sales Representative → Sales Manager → a potential partnership role as the company grows.
That progression will depend on your results, your ability to develop others, and the needs of the business. A partnership opportunity would require a separate agreement; it is something to earn and build toward.
As you help grow the company, we want your responsibility, earning opportunity, and influence to grow with it.
What you’ll do
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Meet with homeowners and property owners to understand their roofing needs.
- Present proposals, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Coordinate with our team to deliver what we promise.
- Stay involved with customers throughout the project.
- Help build a repeatable sales process that future team members can follow.
- Earn the opportunity to recruit, train, and lead a sales team as we grow.
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to own a business today to act like someone who could lead one tomorrow.
