Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and load shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of goods
- Perform order picking, packing, and staging for timely order fulfillment in accordance with customer specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and inventory management software
- Conduct stock stocking, replenishment, and cycle counts to uphold inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with shipping & receiving teams to ensure compliance with trade regulations and logistics standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance guidelines
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment that promotes safety and efficiency at all times
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping logistics, and inventory management software
- Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting customer service efforts

Pay: $24.43 - $29.42 per hour
