Solar Appointment Setter (Door-to-Door)
Full-Time or Part-Time — Fast Promotion to Solar Closer
We are expanding our residential solar outreach team in the Frisco–Dallas region and are hiring motivated individuals for both full-time and part-time positions. This role starts as a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter and includes a structured path to become a Solar Closer within just a few weeks of training and consistent performance.

We partner directly with homeowners in Texas to help them understand how solar can reduce their monthly energy costs. Our team is known for strong coaching, reliable support, and fast career advancement. Many of our closers and team leads started as new setters with no experience.

Your Responsibilities
As a Setter (starting phase):
- Knock doors and engage homeowners
- Provide simple information about solar benefits
- Set and log appointments for our consultants
- Attend coaching sessions to prepare for closing
After meeting training and performance goals:
- Join closers in homeowner consultations
- Practice sections of the presentation
- Grow into a Solar Closer, managing full presentations and closing deals
What We're Looking For
- Lives near Frisco or Dallas, TX
- Has a vehicle and smartphone
- Comfortable talking with homeowners face-to-face
- Coachable, dependable, and motivated
- Available afternoons and/or early evenings
Compensation & Work Style
- Commission-based pay with strong earning potential
