Overview
THS FOODSERVICE is a Family owned food distributor servicing independent restaurants, daycares, churches, healthcare, and etc. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Foodservice Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customers and managing relationships with existing customers in your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through effective account management, product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for territory sales success.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account updates.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Qualifications
2 years Foodservice Distributor Sales
- Proven experience in Foodservice Distributor territory sales
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Effective account management skills with a focus on long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting product demos.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
