Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and visitor logs
Provide general administrative support to leadership and department staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and basic office tasks
Monitor building entry and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures
