Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional with a strong emphasis on sales to drive revenue growth for our AI receptionist solutions. This role is Commission only, part time, remote role paying 10% of the Sales Price for the first 3 month of having the client. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with clients across industries such as real estate, healthcare, professional services, and small-to-medium businesses.
You will also collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies, but your primary focus will be on direct sales execution, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (Primary Focus)
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through outbound and inbound channels
Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase AI receptionist capabilities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Develop and execute outreach strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking)
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Excel.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact during the sales process
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding/support teams after closing
Gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
Marketing Collaboration (Secondary)
Provide insights from customer interactions to help refine messaging
Collaborate on campaigns targeting key customer segments
Support lead qualification from marketing-generated inquiries
Contribute ideas for improving conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with outbound sales strategies (cold outreach, lead generation)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AI-driven products or automation tools
Experience selling subscription-based or recurring revenue products
Background in startups or high-growth environments
