What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Clinician (AMFT, ASW, APCC) for group private practice position at Thriving Lotus Family Therapy Group, INC?
Thriving Lotus Therapy, a group private practice in Santa Clarita, CA is looking for part time and/or full time psychotherapists to join our group practice. We have an office location in Valencia. Position is hybrid if full-time: in office (3 days) and remote (1 day). Requirements include being a registered intern in the State of California. Compensation is flat rate for sessions completed and paid out bi-weekly. Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, children, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Thriving Lotus Therapy provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be employee status.

Requirements are:
*Current State of California license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC (registered associates will be considered)
*Registered with CAQH
*Willing to work 15 hours per week or more
*Paneled with insurances is a plus (not required)
*Prior private practice or group practice experience is a plus (not required)
*Experience and/or interest working with couples is a plus (preferred)
