What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Private Practice position at Fertility Psychotherapy Group?
Company Overview:
Jade Tree Psychotherapy (www.jadetree.la) and Fertility Therapy Group (www.fertilitytherapygroup.com) are sister practices operating under one umbrella in Calabasas, CA. Together, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families, with a special emphasis on supporting clients through infertility, perinatal mental health, trauma, and early parenthood.
Associates joining our team gain exposure to a wide range of clinical experiences by having the opportunity to work under two practice arenas: from general psychodynamic depth therapy with adults, couples, and families through Jade Tree, treating a wide range of issues up to your discretion as a clinician, to specialized fertility and perinatal work through Fertility Therapy Group. Our practice values clinical excellence and holistic, integrative care. While our orientation leans toward psychodynamic and depth psychotherapy, we also incorporate modern, evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and CBT coping skills/stabilization.
In addition to weekly supervision, we provide professional mentorship designed to help Associates develop both as therapists and as future private practice owners—building the clinical, relational, and business skills needed to sustain a successful career in private practice.
