About the Role
We are a family-focused, neurologically based chiropractic office serving children and parents in the Hollister and surrounding community. We are hiring a bilingual patient care coordinator and front desk admin. You are the person who will carry the patient journey from educating to care coordinating in order to help guide families through their health journey at our office.
This position is ideal for someone who is a leader, enjoys people, communicates confidently, is detail oriented, excellent at multitasking, and wants to grow into a meaningful healthcare career.
Pay & Schedule
$22/hr based on training progression and responsibility
Full Time: 32-35 hours/week
Normal office Schedule:
M, T, Th: 9-12:15 & 3-6:15
W: 3-6:15
** While this is the normal office schedule we usually arrive at 8:15, break for lunch around 1-1:30pm, return for the afternoon at 2:30pm, and leave for the evening around 7-7:30pm. When we leave and break for lunch is dependent on how much paperwork we have to complete.
There is also a brief weekend admin work for 2-3 hours on Sunday
What You’ll Grow Into
You will be trained to take ownership of the patient experience and care journey, including:
- Educate patients about chiropractic care (Spanish & English)
- Review care plans and financial options
- Perform office scans
- Support families through their care journey
- Communicate with new patients and leads
- Help children feel comfortable during visits
- Coordinate scheduling and patient flow
This is a communication-heavy, patient-facing role where you will be expected to grow into confidence and leadership.
Daily Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with patients and families
- Scheduling, texting, and phone communication
- Taking payments and reviewing care plans
- Educating new patients and current patients
- Assisting with children during visits, holding babies, you know the fun things?!?
- Preparing and closing the office
- Administrative follow-up and patient communication
Growth Path

Most team members progress from: Chiropractic Assistant → Care Coordinator → Lead Coordinator → Office Manager
