Responsibilities
Job Description
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to spark new opportunities.
- Research and target prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates.
- Track outreach results and share progress on goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns and strategies.
Experience:
- 1–2 years in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role required.
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology-related industries preferred.
- Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience required.
