We're looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and help build a people-first culture that supports our clinical staff, administrative teams, and the patients we serve. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR — from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

We're looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and help build a people-first culture that supports our clinical staff, administrative teams, and the patients we serve. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR — from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Thrivewell's culture and workflows
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, and leave of absence requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, PIPs, and coaching support for supervisors
- Maintain and update HRIS records, reporting, and HR documentation
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, culture initiatives, and organizational development
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Engage)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
