The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role will support the implementation and communication of HR policies, coordinate employee benefits administration, and respond to employee inquiries. The specialist will assist with recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, support performance management processes, and help resolve routine employee relations matters. The position will also contribute to HR reporting, compliance with employment regulations, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles with hands-on experience in HR Management and Personnel Management.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them consistently and fairly.
- Experience administering Employee Benefits, including eligibility, enrollment, and employee communication.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS and basic Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR reporting is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and regulations; prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
