Role Description
The mission for this role is to be team members who provide students access to a quality high school education through the ThrivePoint system. Student Success Coaches have a genuine passion for supporting at-risk students. They believe students can be successful when given access to opportunities to identify, build, and achieve their academic and personal goals with proper support.
- Work daily with student in-person and on-line
- Work closely with content teachers
- Insure that students are completing assigned tasks
- Insure that students receive appropriate support and interventions
- The Student Success Coach will guide students using standardized benchmarks
- Communicate with student, parents, teachers and site leadership
Qualifications
- Associates degree would be preferable
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Must have current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
