What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Success Coach - Part-Time position at Paradigm Learning Microschools?
Weekly Hours: Approximately 20-30 per week, ranging from 7:30am - 4pm during school days.
Shift Details: Specific days, Mon-Fri, will vary based on the needs of the students in attendance.

What is a Student Success Coach? At Paradigm Learning Microschools, we believe students thrive when learning is personalized. Student Success Coaches play a critical role in helping students develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Rather than delivering whole-group instruction, this role focuses on mentoring students, supporting personalized learning plans, and helping each learner experience success every day.
About us: We are a small private school that specializes in personalized learning. Our goal is to tap into student interests, strengths, and passions and use them in an educational environment to promote a love of learning. We run a few micro schools in the building at the same time. These microschools are formed based on age ranges of: 5-6 yo, 7-11 yo, and 12-15 yo. Each microschool has 1 teacher and 1 student success coach. Main teachers customize learning paths for each student. This type of environment requires a rotation of support from the teacher and coach to support student learning and growth, monitor productive and appropriate learning activities, track student data, manage student behavior, and support the overall learning experience.
