About The Role
The EDI Contractor will provide operational support to the EDI team through year-end. This role focuses on testing, file validation, production monitoring, issue resolution, carrier/vendor support, and implementation activities.
This is a temporary contract role through December 2026 and is not intended for conversion to full-time employment.

About The Role
The EDI Contractor will provide operational support to the EDI team through year-end. This role focuses on testing, file validation, production monitoring, issue resolution, carrier/vendor support, and implementation activities.
This is a temporary contract role through December 2026 and is not intended for conversion to full-time employment.
What You’ll Do
- Support multiple EDI implementation and maintenance activities.
- Assist with carrier, vendor, and COBRA partner onboarding and implementation efforts.
- Support ANSI X12 834 testing, file validation, and enrollment processing activities.
- Monitor production workflows and investigate transmission or enrollment issues.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and TPAs to support issue resolution.
- Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support automation, file configuration, and production readiness activities.
- Provide operational capacity during onboarding and implementation projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with EDI transactions and integrations.
- Experience supporting testing, file validation, production monitoring, and issue resolution activities.
- Ability to work with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and TPAs.
- Experience supporting ANSI X12 834 enrollment files.
- Exposure to healthcare, benefits administration, COBRA, TPA, or related environments.
- Familiarity with enrollment workflows and file-based integrations.
- $50–$60 per hour (contract role)
- This is a contractor position; candidates must have and maintain their own benefits/insurance coverage
