Operations Director: Prefer Registered Nurse for this Executive Leadership Role (NOT REQUIRED)
POSITION SUMMARY -
The Operations Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all operational service delivery, which includes injury management services and external pre-employment services. This role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in full compliance while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
The Director will provide leadership, management, and accountability (LMA) across injury management teams and external pre-employment service programs, ensuring that workflows, protocols, and systems support scalable and high-quality service delivery. This role also oversees operational technology platforms, including CRM utilization, and ensures the integrity of processes that support both internal teams and external clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Leadership, Management & Accountability:
- Provide leadership, management, and accountability for operations
- Establish clear performance goals, operational metrics, and service delivery standards.
- Develop and mentor teams responsible for operational and pre-employment service functions.
- Align operational execution with company strategy and growth objectives.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all clients receiving services.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance service offerings and client value.
Injury Service Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee all service delivery functions to ensure consistent, high-quality client service.
- Monitor service performance metrics including turnaround times, service-level agreements (SLAs), and client satisfaction.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance service efficiency.
- Work with the internal Medical Director to ensure all services are being performed at the highest level.
- Manage escalation processes and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

External Pre-employment Services Management:
- Oversee all external pre-employment services provided to clients (such as drug screens and physicals).
- Ensure service offerings are delivered according to established protocols and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain scalable service frameworks that support client needs.
- Ensure pre-employment programs remain compliant with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
Process Management & Workflow Optimization:
- Design, document, and maintain operational processes and service workflows.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and operational scalability.
- Ensure process documentation is maintained and accessible for training and operational consistency.
- Oversee operational software platforms including CRM systems and service management tools.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- Preferred Registered Nurse or similar medical qualification
- Preferred experience working with case management (e.g., experience as a charge nurse or lead nurse in a hospital or clinic).
- Experience in leading or managing people
- Strong knowledge of operational process management and workflow optimization.
