Role Description
THRIVE is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Office Administrator to support daily operations in our Indianapolis office. This position will serve as a point of contact for participants, community partners, and visitors while also assisting with scheduling participant intakes, maintaining documentation, answering phones, and providing administrative support to staff.
This position requires excellent multitasking ability, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced nonprofit recovery support environment serving vulnerable populations.
