Thrive USA Home Care is looking for dedicated Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to support clients with daily living activities throughout our service areas. Set your own pace and work as little or as much as you want. Our scheduling is built around your availability.

We offer competitive pay of $21 to $22 per hour, plus referral bonuses and gift card giveaways. Safety and professionalism come first at Thrive, so all caregivers complete a background check and hold current CPR and First Aid certification. What You Will Do:

* Cover weekly shifts based on your availability

* Travel throughout our service area to cover shifts. Additional locations may be added as we continue to grow

* Deliver care as outlined in each client's person centered service plan, including ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation

Requirements:

* Legally authorized to work in the United States

* 18 years of age or older

* Able to pass a background check

* High school diploma or GED

* Current CPR and First Aid certification

* Current TB/PPD test

* Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

* Able to handle the physical aspects of caregiving, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for extended periods

* Able to travel within our service areas

* Able to communicate clearly in person, electronically, and over the phone

* Able to accurately document care in our patient care portal

* Bilingual is a plus
