What You'll Do:
Provide direct care to clients across our Maryland service areas, including ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation. You'll work independently with the support of a collaborative team, following individualized service plans that make a real difference in your clients' daily lives.

Requirements:
- 18 and legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance (required to cover shifts across our service areas)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- TB/PPD test
- Pass background check
- Ability to handle physical demands: bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking for extended periods
- Ability to document care in our patient portal and communicate orally, electronically, and over the phone
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
