Job Summary

The Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Technician plays a vital role in assisting physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to the heart, lungs, and blood vessels. This position involves conducting both invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests to assess cardiovascular and pulmonary systems, as well as operating various diagnostic equipment.

• Perform invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests for the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.


• Operate physiological and x-ray equipment as required during diagnostic procedures.


• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to heart and lung health.


• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of medical equipment used in testing.


• Document and maintain accurate records of test results and related patient information.

• Relevant certifications and training in cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnostic testing.


• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
