As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn’t on deck. You’ll:

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts

• Support training and coaching—building up your crew each day

• Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro

• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep—you name it
