We are seeking a Business Services Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for a variety of business operations roles, including IT, HR/Talent, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Legal Support. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract and hire top talent across the organization. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days/week onsite in the Manhattan office.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit for entry- to mid-level business services roles across multiple departments.
- Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions, qualifications, and interview planning.
- Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and support offer and onboarding workflows.
- Provide salary recommendations using internal and external benchmarking data.
- Track recruiting activity and share updates with HR leadership.
- Support hiring events, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience; law firm or professional services experience required.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting with professionalism and urgency.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PRC, PHR, SPHR, or aPHR certifications a plus.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
