We are looking for an experienced and reliable handyman/contractor to assist with maintenance and repairs for multiple residential properties in the local area. This is a full-time opportunity with steady work available for the right person.
Pay
- $25–$40 per hour
- Pay based on experience and skill level
Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic electrical and plumbing work
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Drywall, painting, and miscellaneous handyman tasks
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues independently
- Possible after-hours or on-call maintenance when needed
Requirements
- Several years of handyman or contractor experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, flooring, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
Ideal Candidate
