Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations to include rent collection/processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and regular financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software; handle invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing, and budgeting activities.
- Manage basic human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, payroll processing, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks online.
- Experience with accounts receivable/payable and project budgeting/tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, team members, and clients professionally.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
