Responsibilities
- Engage and educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention strategies
- Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols
- Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
- Build rapport and foster trust among team members and clients
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associate degree
- Occupational Therapist Assistance with an Associate degree
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with bachelor's degree
- Exercise Physiologist with bachelor's degree and certification from a reputable organization
- Exercise Science/Kinesiology
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
