At East Side Animal Hospital, a Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner, our Client Service Representatives provide the first and last impressions of our hospital and are instrumental in managing client requests and appointment flow. This exceptionally important role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing. CSR’s are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine so they can appropriately schedule doctor visits, answer questions, and educate our clients.
