Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking a Swing Shift, Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

Mandatory Reception Skills
- Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties
- Exceptional customer service and competency
- Emailing/scanning/faxing
- Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions
- Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby
- Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients
- Maintain professionalism in emergency situation
