ACCESS Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time, Swing shift Client Care Representative to join our growing team!
Our Client Care Team Members are the "first faces" to our pet parents as they embark on their pet's visit to our hospital. We at ACCESS, recognize the importance of finding people-driven individuals who have a passion for helping our furry friends.
Compensation: Our pay ranges begin at $21 - $23/hour, dependent upon existing experience.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday 4:00PM- 3:00AM & Saturday 12:00pm-10:30pm
ACCESS Los Angeles also offers shift differentials..
Shift Hours Worked Between
7pm-11pm = additional $2/hour
11pm-7am = additional $3/hour
any shift on Saturdays and Sundays = additional $2/hour

What makes the best candidates?
- Have a desire to help people through what is often a stressful event in their lives
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience required)
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently in a clear and audible voice

- Answer incoming calls, message taking
- Triage incoming requests
- Guide clients through check-in, discharge, check out
- Handle financial transactions
- Facilitate medication requests
- Understanding department-specific medications, diagnostics, and procedures
