Your Experience & Skills
1 year of experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representative
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy
- High School Diploma or equivalent

About The Hospital
Dermatology for Animals Palm Beach Gardens is a dermatology specialty practice conveniently located inside the Veterinary Neurology & Imaging Center focusing on canine and feline dermatologic care. With 25 locations nationwide, you’ll feel the support of an interconnected specialty network while enjoying the comfort of a small local practice.
We are open Monday – Thursday from 8a - 5p.
You’re Willing And Able To
- Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients
- Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow
- Assist in scheduling appointments and procedures
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Great clients and patients alike
- Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments
- Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems
- Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts
- Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
