What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Boutique Primary Care, Part Time 0.6FTE (24hrs) position at Thrive Pediatrics?
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, 0.6FTE, 24hrs/week)
Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time, board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (qualified FNP welcome to apply) to provide outpatient primary care to infants, children, and adolescents. The role focuses on well-child care, sick visits, developmental guidance, preventive care, and longitudinal patient relationships.
Our practice emphasizes longer visits, thoughtful clinical care, and strong relationships with families, rather than high-volume scheduling.
This role is best suited for clinicians who are comfortable working independently in a streamlined lean environment without traditional support staff.
About the Practice
We are a small, NP-led pediatric primary care practice in Bellevue focused on high-quality, relationship-based care. We intentionally operate with longer visits, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and strong family education. Providers are closely involved in all aspects of patient care and clinic workflow. This environment works best for clinicians who enjoy autonomy, and hands-on patient care.
***This role may not be the best fit for someone seeking a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment or those who thrive in a larger team setting.
