Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care Physician Assistant

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our Chief of Primary Care and work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including military patients under the USFHP Plan. Serve a medically diverse patient population and enjoy working in an ideal location. * Full-time position (1.0FTE) * Flexible FTE with 4 to 5-day work weeks * Outpatient Primary Care only * Collaborate with the Chief of Primary Care to support their patient panel * Open to both Family Medicine as well as Internal Medicine experience * Minimum of 2 years of Primary Care NP experience is required * Good practice location and diverse patient panels * Growth opportunities to teach and mentor future APC hires/APC students * On-site labs and diagnostic services available * Compensation is between $126,734 and $165,555 per year * Providers may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance **Where You’ll Work** As a patient-centered primary care center, Pacific Medical Centers' Canyon Park clinic offers family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric services and numerous areas of specialty care.
