Hours: M-F 9:00pm-6:00am - Occasional planned meetings during first shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate sanitation and janitorial operations across all shifts
- Ensure proper use of chemicals and adherence to safety procedures
- Develop, implement, and train team members on SOPs and visual work instructions
- Schedule staffing to ensure full sanitation coverage in a 24/7 operation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance standards

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High School Diploma
- 5 years in food manufacturing sanitation
- 3–5 years supervising or leading teams
- Champion food safety, quality, and sanitation standards across all operations
- Ensure compliance with Thrive Freeze Dry’s food safety policies and procedures
- Hold self and team accountable for identifying and reporting food safety concerns
- Serve as backup leadership to ensure compliance with SQF and food safety requirements when needed
- Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
- Frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting
- Physical activities include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Requires strong visual and auditory awareness for workplace safety
