Your Role:
As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our agency and the people who need our services. You’ll connect with Support Coordinators, families, and organizations to help us grow our reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new referral sources
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with Support Coordination Agencies
- Represent Soaring Higher at community and networking events
- Track outreach efforts and report outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with IDD services
- Knowledge/experience working with ODP programs
- Passion for helping others and making a difference
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who thrives in an independent role

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
