The Role:
We are seeking a Part-Time Youth Therapist (Counseling or Social Work) who embodies our core values of Compassion, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, Collaboration, and Innovation. At Thrive, you'll be a key player in our multidisciplinary team, providing individual and family therapy to a diverse adult population. Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Licensed to practice in IL or eligible for licensure
- Ability to work with a multi-cultural and diverse client base
- Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 preferred
Schedule:
- Flexibility: Must work 2-3 days per week, including at least an evening day; Saturdays optional.
