The Role:
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing crisis intervention and stabilization services for individuals in acute behavioral health crises. This role ensures timely, effective response to community needs while supervising crisis staff, maintaining compliance, and supporting program development.
This position includes supervisory responsibilities, participation in a 24/7 on-call structure, and a caseload (8–10 clients).
What You'll Do:
- Lead and strengthen 24/7 crisis response services
- Supervise and support a team of crisis clinicians
- Ensure fast, effective, and compassionate responses to individuals in crisis
- Debrief and guide staff through complex and high-risk situations
- Build partnerships with law enforcement, hospitals, and community agencies
- Use data and outcomes to improve services and expand impact
- Provide direct crisis intervention and short-term therapy (8–10 clients)
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related mental health field
- Clinical licensure required (LCPC, LCSW)
- 2-3 years supervisory/management experience required
- Ability to work with diverse clients
- Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 and Rule 140 preferred
