The Market Supervisor serves as the primary on-floor leader during assigned shifts, owning
service execution, supporting team members, and addressing guest needs in real time. This
role balances hands-on hospitality leadership with light administrative and operational
support.

protects the guest experience, and strengthens communication between frontline teams and
management.

The Market Supervisor Helps The Little Grand

Service Leadership & Hospitality Excellence
- Serve as the hospitality leader on the floor during assigned shifts
- Monitor live service and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Address guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and care
- Make real-time decisions that protect service flow and brand standards
- Model elevated hospitality and coach team members in the moment
- Act as the primary point of contact for frontline staff during shifts
- Provide immediate guidance and problem-solving support
- Reinforce service standards and operational expectations
- Facilitate clear communication between staff and management
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Assist with shift execution, staffing flow, and event facilitation
- Support inventory and purchasing coordination
- Help implement and uphold SOPs and systems

- Support chef partner relationships during service as needed
Skills, Education And Experience
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Previous restaurant, or bar management experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule with daytime, and evening shifts.
- Eagerness to learn and expand on restaurant operations and bar knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective time management skills to manage a busy work environment. The ability to schedule and organize multiple jobs is critical.
- Ability to lift 15-50lbs regularly, stand for extended periods daily (6-8 hours) and ability to move throughout the facility during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to handle cash and manage the register.
- Status & Compensation
- Full-Time, min 32 hours per week
- $25 per hour
- Schedule Options:
- Saturday through Tuesday
- Friday through Sunday and Tuesday
