Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-forward Guest Experience Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support services while collaborating with Chef Partners and Bartender to craft an unforgettable experience for our guests from the moment they step into our establishment until they return!

The Little Grand Market is a vibrant local food hall and bar situated at the heart of the Grandview Crossing development. Spanning approximately 22,000 square feet, it showcases culinary delights from 10 local chef partners. The venue features an inviting indoor/outdoor bar area where guests can enjoy a variety of offerings. Open to both the public and residents of the surrounding community, The Little Grand Market offers a welcoming space for everyone to dine and socialize.

  • Professional space maker: Ensure the Market, Park, Bar and surrounding areas are clean and curated for an exceptional guest experience
  • Expert collaborator: Work seamlessly between our Beverage Experience Team, Chef Partners, Leadership and sister-brands to ensure everyone is set up for success
  • The ultimate multi-tasker: One minute you are setting up an event, the next you’re grabbing trays off tables – all while offering the best possible guest experience
  • Team player: No job is too small for anyone at The Little Grand – it takes everyone to deliver the industry best, high-end experience we expect for our guests

Skills, Education And Experience

  • Must have open availability and have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule with daytime, and evening shifts.
  • Eagerness to learn and expand on beverage knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective time management skills to manage a busy work environment. The ability to schedule and organize multiple jobs is critical.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and reach for entirety of the scheduled shift.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to handle cash and manage the register.

Benefits
