Position Summary

Thrive Companies is seeking a hard-working Digital Marketing intern for the Summer of 2026. This intern will work under the supervision of a dedicated supervisor within Thrive’s Brand and Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Brand team in executing multi-channel digital marketing efforts.
• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media and email marketing content.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support the team with various ad-hoc tasks

• Digitally Native: You have a deep understanding of current social platforms and digital trends.
• Agile & Flexible: You enjoy a "no task too small" environment and can switch gears easily.
  
  

What To Expect

• Responsibilities and duties will be determined and communicated by direct supervisor. These responsibilities will be both relevant and valuable to Thrive Companies and its overall success.
• The best office work environment in the city.
• The internship length will be 8-10 weeks long beginning in late May and concluding in mid August of 2026.
• Flexible hours. Expect approx. 40 hours a week, primarily running Monday through Friday, however interns should be available, willing, and flexible to accommodate evening and weekend events.
• Based on your focus area, the location of your internship may vary. However, primarily this internship will be based out of the Thrive Companies Home office at 842 N 4th St, Ste #200, Columbus, Oh, 43215.
• The pay for this internship is $15.00 per hour. Other benefits include: Thrive swag, company paid meals (periodically) and snacks, inclusion in select company events, Thrive Card discounts, and Athletic Cos membership etc.
