Thrive LLC is a newly formed, high-value organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. We are seeking a highly qualified, compassionate, and compliance-driven Executive Director to partner with the Founder to launch and oversee our day-to-day operations and state certification process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ADMH provider certification and licensing process from start to finish.
Oversee daily program operations, ensuring total compliance with Alabama state laws and the HCBS Settings Rule.
Manage, train, and support frontline Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Maintain client records, individual support plans (ISPs), and incident reporting systems.
Report directly to the Owner/Founder to align clinical operations with the company's core vision.
Mandatory State Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree or Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling) or a Business/Healthcare Administration field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years (with a Master's) or 10 years (with a Bachelor's) of direct managerial experience in a specialized mental health or developmental disability setting.
Clearances: Must pass a nationwide criminal background check, Alabama child/adult abuse registry checks, and a drug screen.
Pay: $52,997.82 - $100,000.00 per year
