THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in the space between “what the business needs” and “what the system can do.” You’ll be the connective tissue across Marketing, Web Development, Data Engineering, and Product—turning ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is not a coordination-only role. We need someone with sufficient technical depth to go toe-to-toe with engineers, challenge assumptions, and contribute meaningfully to architectural and requirements decisions. You’ll own delivery from intake through adoption, and you’ll leave every project better documented and more repeatable than you found it.
- Drive End-to-End Delivery
- Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, requirements, development, QA/UAT, deployment, and change management
- Translate fuzzy business problems into precise technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Build and manage roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans across concurrent initiatives
- Lead with Technical Credibility
- Partner with engineering at a code-and-schema level—understanding system constraints, not just reporting around them
- Contribute to UX/UI mockups and prototypes when neededSupport data investigations using SQL; comfortable navigating analytics pipelines and martech integrations
- Clear Blockers, Not Just Track Them
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early—and actively drive resolution, not just escalation
- Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Lead sprint planning, grooming, and backlog prioritization in an Agile environment
- Build for Scale
- Own intake for new technical and marketing projects; build repeatable, scalable processes
- Create and maintain documentation that people actually use: workflows, specs, SOPs, diagrams
- Evaluate tools and workflows continuously and propose meaningful improvements
