Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate with retail and customer service experience to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store—helping customers, maintaining the sales floor, and creating a positive shopping environment. If you love thrift culture, sustainable fashion, and connecting with people, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance your till
- Restock, organize, and maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with merchandising, tagging, and displaying secondhand goods
- Provide excellent product knowledge and style suggestions to customers
- Support the team with store goals and special events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Passion for thrift, vintage, and sustainable shopping is a plus
- Must be 18 with valid drivers license
